• Designed a new brand identity, including logos, a comprehensive color palette, typography, and icons with a unique design language.
• Created user story maps, conducted UX research and benchmarking, and discovered multiple personas and user journeys for each type.
• Developed a design system for a data-driven dashboard based on Material with Zeroheight & Storybook.
• Increased customer satisfaction by more than 35% by innovating usable solutions for comparing complex multiple data charts & time periods with the data-visualization approach.
• Established an effective design operation by working directly with the engineers and PMs and reporting to the VP.

• Led the redesign IaaS-Cloud Storage apps and increased user engagement and satisfaction based on the first design system, including Sketch library, design token, and visual guidelines.
• By considering super-app concepts, redesigned and defined the PG metrics dashboard to resolve users' problems and helped to monitor all services in one place. (Received 70% customer love).

• Combined user data and research, redesigned & optimized the customer portal, and improved the overall User Experience of the purchasing page by reducing the bounce rate by ~ 18%, which led to an increased profit for the company.

• Recreated the whole marketing website, client portals, and internal management dashboard based on many complicated issues in the old version and Reached 60% customer satisfaction.
• Pushed the company to initiate small UX efforts in the past years to improve their Corporate UX Maturity and move on to the following stages of the UXMM.

Designing and Implementing many projects such as IRAN Telecommunications Infrastructure Company website & client’s portal, Tehran IXP landing & client’s portal, Asiatel SIP/VOIP mobile application, IPTV service landing & client portals, Payment app, Restaurant aggregator and food delivery app, iSeema VOD app &, etc.
